Who We Are

takshashila nrityakala mandir was established by the visionary Smt. Kashmira Trivedi in the vibrant locality of Vartak Nagar, Thane, in the year 1988. Our mission is simple yet profound: to propagate and nurture the ancient art of Bharatanatyam among the residents of Thane and beyond.

Tarang Utsav is a unique festival of classical performing arts initiated by Smt. Kashmira Trivedi under Takshashila Nrityakala Mandir. The festival aims to nurture young talent, honor gurus, and celebrate the essence of India’s rich cultural heritage.
