An accomplished Bharatanatyam exponent, choreographer, and teacher with over 35 years of experience, Guru Smt. Kashmira Trivedi has dedicated her life to preserving India’s classical dance heritage. Through her guidance, generations of students have grown into confident performers and ambassadors of Bharatanatyam.

Our Courses

At takshashila nrityakala mandir, we offer structured Bharatanatyam training for students of every age, following the syllabus of the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal (ABGMM) and Nalanda Nrityakala Mahavidyalaya. Under the expert guidance of Guru Smt. Kashmira Trivedi, students develop strong technical skills, expressive artistry, rhythm, discipline, and a deep understanding of India’s classical dance heritage.

Beginner Level

Build a strong foundation by learning basic postures (Adavus), hand gestures (Mudras), rhythm, body alignment, and introductory dance movements.

Intermediate Level

Develop confidence through advanced techniques, Abhinaya (expression), Jathis, repertoire, theory, and stage performance skills.

Advanced Training

Refine technique, master complex choreographies, deepen artistic expression, and prepare for professional performances and diploma examinations.

Arangetram Preparation

Comprehensive training for the Bharatanatyam debut performance, including repertoire, stamina building, stage presentation, music coordination, costume guidance, and performance confidence.
