Our Legacy

Founded on 25th December 1988 by Guru Smt. Kashmira Trivedi, Takshashila Nrityakala Mandir is dedicated to preserving, promoting, and celebrating the timeless tradition of Bharatanatyam. For over three decades, the institute has nurtured generations of students through authentic training, artistic excellence, and a deep appreciation of India’s cultural heritage.

Our Mission

Our Founder

Guru Smt. Kashmira Trivedi is an accomplished Bharatanatyam exponent, choreographer, and teacher with over 35 years of experience. She received advanced training under Guru Shri Deepak Mazumdar, holds the prestigious Parangat degree from the Nalanda Dance Research Centre, and the Pradhnya qualification from the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal (ABGMM). She is also a Doordarshan Graded Artist, Senior Examiner for ABGMM, and recipient of several national honours for her contribution to Indian classical dance.
